carrot cake

ingredients:

4 or 5 big carrots
2 or 3 apples
cup of flour
half a cup of olive oil
half a cup of sugar 
tea spoon of baking powder
soup spoon of cinnamon
3 eggs

preparation:

grate carrots and apples.
And mix first sugar, baking power, cinnamon and flour toghever.
than put eggs, oil and fruits.

cook on the oven 200° for 20 mitutes

you can put cheese cream on the top or in the middle
